He is survived by: his wife Ilse; his daughters, Colleen Wardlow (Rob) and Belinda Locklear; his sister Mary Sally Oxendine; and his grandchildren, Aaron (Emma), Gabrielle, Sarah, Justin and Naomi. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends.
