He is survived by: his parents, Bonnie C. Jacobs of Pembroke, NC and Thurman Jacobs of Lumberton, NC; his uncles, Frank Wayne Carter (Pattie) of Indian Trail, NC and Oscar Patrick Carter of Charlotte, NC; and his aunt Judy Oxendine. He is also survived by cousins, family and friends.
