She is survived by: her children, Jayla K. Jacobs, Josiah K. Jacobs and Jenaya K. Jacobs; her siblings, Joshua Bullard (Bettina), Jonathan Bullard (Bonnie), Harold Bullard and Ellie Bullard; her nieces, Chloe and Italaya; and her nephew Chance.
