He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Taylor Lowry; his children, Kristy Lynn Lowry, Charles Taylor Lowry (Christy) of Pembroke, NC. and Jarrett Taylor Lowry (Paige) of Pembroke, NC.; his grandchildren, Landri Strickland, Chloe Strickland, Harley Madsion Brixey and Maddox Kase Lowry; his sisters, Patricia Chavis (Kenneth) and Pam Brooks of Pembroke, NC; his half-sister Charlotte W. Link (Brad) of Valdese, NC; and his sister-in-law Rosalind Lowry of Pembroke, NC.
