He is survived by: his children, Michelle Johnson (Joe) of Pembroke, Miranda Locklear (Bill), Wynndion (Cindy) of Maxton and Lynn Edward; his siblings, Naomi Dial, Alice Brooks (James) of Pembroke, Ruby Locklear Mrs (Paul), Rose Bullard Mrs (Gurney), Sally Locklear (Grady), Patricia "Pat" Bullard, Fred Locklear of Sanford, Kenneth Bullard (Nell), Jessie Bullard (Gerita), Larry Bullard (Wanda), Wilbert Bullard (Elvie) and Edward Bullard; his grandchildren, Devin Johnson, Shawn Johnson, Joseph Johnson, Nicholas Locklear, Justin Locklear', Nicole Johnson, Nikki Johnson and Heather Summerford; his great grandchild Natalyn Raine Johnson; and his close friend Maxine Jones. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
