She was predeceased by: her husband Leslie Oxendine; her parents, Berk Deese and Lincy Mae Deese (Dail); her stepmother Myrtle Deese; and her siblings, Carol Sampson, Gladys Locklear, Wila Dial, Marilyn Deese, Cynthia Deese, Buddy Deese and Rudy Deese.
She is survived by: her siblings, Lois Brooks, Samual Deese, Simon Deese, William Deese and Steven Deese; and her children, Leslie Oxendine Jr. (Glenda), Sheril Locklear (Gerry), Patsy Oxendine, Stevie Oxendine and Timmy Oxendine Phillip (Betty). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren.
