She was predeceased by: her parents, Ashley Pevia and Mary Maggie Oxendine Pevia; her husband James Charlie Locklear (Bud); and her siblings, Timmy, Fuller, Carol and Edith.
She is survived by: her children, Gabriel, Ramona and Sharkell; her grandchildren, Callie, Joseph, Jeremiah, Matthew, Jordan, Isaac, James, Jadelyn (Lucy), Jillian and Braiden; and her siblings, Marie, Tony, Ashley, Ernest, Ralph, Elizabeth, Doris, Wanda, Dorothy and Evelyn.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Revels Funeral Home (407 Breece St, Pembroke, NC 28372). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at the Bear Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery (1948 St Anna Rd, Pembroke, NC 28372).
