She is survived by: her children, Robie Goins (Courtney) of Pembroke, Glenn Goins of Lexington, Arvin Oxendine of Pembroke, Guenevere Goins of Little River, SC and Dwayne Goins (Tina Ann) of Pembroke; and her siblings, June Jacobs (Charles Jacobs), Brenda Lee Locklear (Michael Locklear), Carl Lee Locklear (Linda Locklear) and Harry Locklear (Judy Locklear). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
