She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry R. Nye and Sarah Alta Redfield Nye; her husband Leon D. Oxendine; her sons, Donald "Donny" and Gordon Oxendine; her brother Stanley R. Nye; and her parents-in-law, Minerva "Elizabeth" Howington Oxendine and Lonnie H. Oxendine.
She is survived by: her daughter Wanda Oxendine Hunt; her son-in-law Jeffery Hunt; her grandson Byron J. Hunt of Pembroke; her brother Russell Nye; and her sister-in-law Ila Nye of Denver. She is also survived by her husband and both sons.
