She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Hammonds and Julia Hammonds; her husband Robert Schneider; and her brothers, Vance Hammonds and Hollis Hammonds.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Floyd (Darren) of Laurel Hill, NC, Belinda Chavis (Wayne) of Sorrento, Fla and Gwendolyn Locklear (Billy) of Pembroke, NC.; and her siblings, Eartle Hammonds (Barbara) of Lumberton, NC and Dosha Sheffield of Roseville, Mi. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
