She is survived by: her children, Jennings Bullard (Fran) of Pembroke and Julia Bullard Murr (James) of Red Springs; her stepson Harold Locklear (Marlene) of Maxton; and her brothers, Wilson Earl Strickland (Barbara) of Titusville, FL and Richard Strickland of Pembroke. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends.
