He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Oxendine; his son Adie Ricky Jr. Oxendine (Latasha); his grandchildren, Shyanna Larson (Seth), Shamira and Micah Oxendine; his son Chad Oxendine; his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Chadrick and Amie Oxendine; his daughter Destiny Jacobs; his grandchildren, Jaylon and Jeaonie Locklear; his son Kelvin Jacobs (Tonya); his grandchildren, Kaden, Kaley and Kaleb Jacobs; his son Ray Jacobs (Nicole); his grandchildren, Tristen, Raylan, Skye and Niley Jacobs; his great grandchildren, Elijah Oxendine, Eason Larson and Arayna Godwin; and his sisters, Carolyn Carter (Truman), Linda Hall (Freddie), Susan Emery and Yvonne Locklear.
