It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Carrel Hays of Pelham, North Carolina, who passed away on December 27, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Ainsworth Hays and William Baxter Hays. He is survived by: his sons, Jared Hays (Tarah) of Roanoke, Travis Hays (Courtney) of Charlotte and Andrew Hays of Danville, Virginia; his siblings, Charles Peeples (Barbara) of Diamond City, Larry Hays of Danville, Virginia and Patricia Berger (Philip) of Eden; and his grandson Dallas Hays.
Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, all restrictions mandated by the guidelines set forth by the state must be followed by service attendants and staff.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Old Mill Primitive Baptist Church.
