He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hall and Pearl Wall Hall; his wife Shirley Sisk Hall; and his son Anthony Hall. He is survived by: his son Kenneth Delwood Hall, Jr. (Gail); his grandchildren, Diane Toscano, Julianne Settle, Andrew Hall, Kenneth Wayne Hall and Jonathan Doyle Hall; and his sister Hilda Tilley. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
