She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dorothy Doe Watkins and Thomas Watkins; her husband James Giles Weatherford; her son Harvey Weatherford; her siblings, Beatrice Garland, Florence Howard, Bernard Watkins, Robert Watkins, Fernard Watkins and Willie Dejournette; her children, Doris Ann Weatherford, Annette Weatherford, Geneva Lee (Robert), Melissa Weatherford, Ray Anthony Weatherford, James Weatherford and Donnell Weatherford (Beverly); her sisters, Mary Sue Courts, Bernice Stephens (Thomas), Daisy Dejournette, Susann Flack (Rick) and Christine Dejournette; her siblings-in-law, Cumella Diggs, Queenie Blackwell and Robert Weatherford (Estelle); and her close friends, Frances Mc Gee, Shirley Mc Gee, Frances Holmes and Barbara Mims. She was also cherished by 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
