He is survived by: his daughter Amy Callahan of Monroe, NC; his granddaughter Elizabeth Callahan; and his siblings, James Leroy Taylor (Inez) of Florida, Evelyn Medlin of Aquadale, NC and David Soileau of Hamlet, NC..
