He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Jack Parker and Ruby Lee Prevatte Parker. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Horne Parker; his half-sister Jerry Parker of Rockingham; his siblings-in-law, Larry Horne of Peachland, Teresa Campbell and Sandra Watkins (Thomas); and his close friends, Wes Temple, Lisa Temple, Paul Jorgenson, James Truett, Morris Guinn, Harold Harward, Sheila Harward, Annette Hayes Snead and Karen Patterson.
