With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Foy Kirby of Patterson, North Carolina, who passed away on March 2, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Wesley and Pansy Jane Cline Kirby; and his siblings, Thelma Franklin, Mamie Greene and Blair Kirby.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Bowman Kirby; his daughters, Regina Smith (Kempton) and Clarissa Robbins (Paul); his sisters, Naomi Greene, Rachel Griffin and Plummie Ashley; and his grandchildren, James Norfleet Smith and Kaitlynn Lyra Smith.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials made to Amorem Hospice (Formerly Caldwell Hospice and Palliative Care) at 902 Kirkwood Street, Lenoir, NC 28645.
