She is survived by: her husband Bishop Northern Lanier, Sr. of Parmele, NC; her children, Bobby Braxton (Geraldine) of Pooler, GA, Eric Braxton (Iris) of Kinston, NC, Milton Braxton of Greenville, NC., Angela Laffette of Greenville, NC., Tangela Braxton of Greenville, NC. and Pamela Braxton of Greenville, NC.; her stepchildren, Latricia Prayer of Atlantic Beach, FL, Faye Lanier Watts of Greenville, NC, Northern Lee Lanier, Jr. (Yuvickie) of Greenville, NC, Joseph Lanier of Greenville, NC, Paul Lanier of Greenville, NC, Matthew Lanier of Greenville, NC, Evelyn Wilson of Fayetteville, NC and Maurice Lanier (Nikki) of Wydanch, NY.; and her sister Olivia Hines Dupree of Greenville, NC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
