She is survived by: her husband Seamore Staton, Jr.; her children, Donna Robinson (Jeffrey) of Raleigh, NC, Dutchess Horton (Aaron) of Winterville, NC and Dwayne Staton of Greenville, NC; her grandchildren, David Robinson of Raleigh, NC, Brianna and Marquita Horton of Winterville, NC.; and her siblings, Irma Taylor of Greenville, NC, Ida Mae Coppage of Parmele, NC, Willam Coppage (Irene) of Bethel, NC, Jesse Coppage (Maggie) of Parmele, NC and Tom "Melvin" Coppage (Barbara) of Raleigh, NC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, "in-loves", cousins, and friends.
Viewing was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the New Wynn Chapel Missionary Baptist Church (191 Package-Craft Rd, Bethel, NC 27812). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
