He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Gene Hamm. He is survived by: his mother Joy Revels Gurley; his children, Phillip Jodean Hamm of York, Jonathan Wayne Hamm of York and Rachel Wylie (Ronnie) of Lancaster; his sisters, Joellen Hamm of Parkton and Linda Gurley of Parkton; his close friend Tawana Fields; and his grandchildren, Hannah, Haleigh, Raelynn, Havah and Cameron. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
