She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Wesley Owens and Susan Irene Pittman; her husband Oscar "Rock" Everitte Sr.; her son Robert Wayne Everitte; and her siblings, Lois Elkins, Mable Osborne, Hazel Cranes, Carolyne Stone, Wilber Owens, David Owens, Jasper Owens and Bobby Owens.
She is survived by: her children, Oscar Frank Everitte, Jr. (Karen) of Mebane, Sheila Ann Everitte McClain (Ben) of Houston, TX and Yvonne Everitte Shanks-Stacy of Wilson; her daughter-in-law Patsy Everitte of Parkton; and her siblings, Grace McDonald of Raeford, Raymond Owens of Sumpter, SC and Maurice Owens of Biloxi, MS. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
