Osegueda of Pembroke, NC and Stephen J. Osegueda (Jessica Osegueda) of Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Nicholas Locklear, Shiloh Locklear, Stephen Osegueda, Jr. and Tristan Osegueda; her child Church; and also Sue Lowery of Pembroke Assembly.

The service will be at McNeill Legacy Funeral Home on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at 2:00 p.m.
