We are sad to announce that on September 21, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Leon Towery of Parkton, North Carolina, born in Cumberland, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel David and Lillian Smith Towery; his son Leon Thomas Towery, Jr.; and his brother Daniel David Towery, Jr. (Nelia Towery). He is survived by: his children, Tracy, Jason and Joshua; his daughter-in-law Myra Wilson; and his sisters, Barbara Ann Scott, Linda Lupo (Joe), Delores Jacobs, Wendy Cowser (George) and Brenda Messing. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis, TN 38105-3678.
