He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Lewis and Addie Lee Skipper Lewis; and his close friend Wendell Boyd Goodman. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Hall Lewis; and his children, Savannah Salvetti (Eric) of Parkton and Franklin Coy Lewis (Jessica Guthrie) of Raeford. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
