It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Willys Glenn Jr. of Parkton, North Carolina, who passed away on December 30, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. As John departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though John may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy John leaves behind.
He is survived by: his wife Precious Baldwin Glenn; his children, John Willys Glenn III (Desarae), Nadia Baldwin (Craig), Monique Glenn-Williams (Antonio) and Debra Glenn; and his sisters, Shelia Adams (Harvey), Catherine Evans (Michael), Jillinda Glenn, Deborah Kelley (Terry) and Judy Murphy (Craig). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
