She was predeceased by: her parents, Parker Locklear and Vernie Hunt Locklear; her husband Danny Westbrook; and her daughter Sherry Mae Capps. She is survived by: her daughter Terri Reily (John); and her sister Jean W. Hardin (Timmie Britt) of Parkton. She is also survived by three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, August 21st 2024 at 12:00 PM and on Thursday, August 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Meadowbrook Cemetery.
