He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lois Overton and Leonard Overton; his children, Zeb, Jr. (Tara) of Raleigh, Wendy O. Cantliffe (Jon) of Berlin, CT, Rodney (Jody) of Youngsville and Patrick (Temple) of Raleigh; his sister Jane Rice of Oxford; and his wife Patricia Rose Taylor. He was also cherished by eleven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Masonic Home for Children in Oxford or the Disabled American Veteran's Charity.
