We are sad to announce that on June 12, 2023, at the age of 85, Willie V Waddell (Oxford, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Tad Waddell and Bessie Harrington Waddell. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Morgan Waddell; his daughters, Deidre Waddell of New York City and Wendy Waddell of Raleigh; and his sister Lena Spellman of New York City. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

Covid-19 protocols of facial coverings and social distancing will be observed.
