He is survived by: his wife Stella Yancey Hawley; his children, Cheryl Robinson (Alfago) of Henderson, Racquel Harris (Steve) of Oxford, Eugene Hawley of Oxford and Michael Harris (Marisol); his siblings, Roger Hawley (Rene) of Oxford, Leslie Day of Oxford, Sheila Burwell (Arthur) of Creedmoor, Patricia Webb (Johnny) of Oxford and Ernestine Wilkerson (Charles) of Hampton, VA; and his siblings-in-law, Vertelia Mack of Vance County and Thomas Mitchell of Raleigh. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and caring friends.
