He is survived by: his wife Rita Faulkner; his daughters, Gidget Parrish (Eugene), Kristy Stainback (Rodney), Nicole Hall and Tiffany Stokes (Eddie); his grandchildren, Daniel (Preston Parrish), Christopher, Cody (Caroline Stainback), Blake Wade (Sam), Austin Murphy, Levi (Maddie Boyd), Emma (Sara Hall) and Gracie (Allie Stokes); his great grandchildren, Makayla, Nolan and Baylan Parrish; and his siblings, David Boyd (Betty) and Shirley Ellington.
