We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2021, at the age of 47, Tonya Blackwell Rayl of Oxford, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Danielle Blackwell and David Rayl; her mother Jean Whitfield (John); and her siblings, Rhonda Schwarze (Andy), Chris Blackwell, Augustine Gover, John Whitfield, Jr. (Amber), Granddaddy and Brogden. She is also survived by her loving nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her daddy, Richard Blackwell; Belle "Granny" Thacker, and Annie Lee "Granny" Blackwell.In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Transitions Hospice, 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC 27607.
