She was predeceased by: her brother Eugene Harris (Punkin). She is survived by: her husband Willie N. Yancey; her sons, Barry (Kimberly) of Oxford, NC, Jeffrey (Jerika) of Charlotte, NC and Danny (Deidre) of Durham, NC; her brother Thedford (Donna) of Durham, NC; her grandchildren, Travon, Ta'Brian Scott, Selah, Christopher, Jordan, Olivia, Cameron, Kelis and Weston Yancey; and her great grandchildren, Antonio and Taliyah Scott. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking that donations be made to the St. Matthew Baptist Church.
