He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charlie Speed and Mary Thorpe Speed; his wife Janie Jones; his sons, James D. Speed of Oxford, NC, Stanley Speed (Tamara) of Oxford, NC, Ellis T. Speed (Elaine) of Oxford, NC and Donnell Speed (Tayonda) of Butner, NC; and his brother Nelson Speed of Roxboro, NC.. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Remember to follow state and CDC guidelines, graveside service and viewing is limited to fifty (50) people and to practice social distancing of six feet along with face covering and good handwashing.
