He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Dillard Riley and Margie Marie O'Brien; and his brother Dewayne Riley. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Mae Ramsey Riley; his daughters, Tina Riley Fowler (John) and Susan Diana Riley; his grandchildren, Shelby Fowler Dement (Justin), Sarah Lee Fowler, Christopher Payton Riley and Alyssa Marie Riley; and his great grandchildren, Addison Faith Morris, Jaxson Cole Dement and Grayson Clay Dement.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sossamon Funeral Home - Oxford (106 Clement Ave, Oxford, NC 27565). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Meadowview Memorial Park (Oxford, NC 27565).
