He is survived by: his parents, Tammy Black Cozart of Oxford and Gary Watson of Baltimore; his children, Terrence Rahvon Black, Jr. of Greensboro and Edith Black of Greensboro; and his sister Kendrah Freeman (Thomas) of Oxford.
A graveside service will be conducted Sunday, August 30 at 2:00 P. M. at Tally Ho Baptist Church cemetery by Rev. Debbie Foster observing Covid-19 guidelines of face masks and social distancing of six feet or more.
