He was predeceased by: his parents, Luster Dalton and Irene Dalton; his wife Beulah Dalton; and his sisters, Joyce Nunn and Betty Mae Palmer.
He is survived by: his niece Lori Hawkins (Keith) of Rock Hill, SC; his great-nephew Tyler Cummings (Kara); his son Easton of Candler, NC; his great-niece Melissa McCain (Shell); and also Easton. He is also survived by the children in his extended family.
