She is survived by: her significant other Darius Perry; her parents, Julie Sutton of Richmond, VA and Larry Shoffner of Oxford, NC; her children, Syrus D. Perry and Dariana L. Perry; and her siblings, William Thorpe Jr. of Hampton, VA, Zenada Thorpe of Greensboro, NC, Jasmen Lima (Diego) of Fayetteville, NC and Amanda Thorpe of Williamsburg, VA. She is also survived by six nieces and five nephews and a host of relatives and friends.
