He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Edward Weaver and Annie Mae Scott Weaver; his brother Edward Earl Weaver; and his grandson Mickey Kidd. He is survived by: his wife Paige Oakley Weaver of Roxboro; his daughters, Brenda Duke (Michael) of Oxford and Deborah Kidd (Mike) of Franklinton; his brothers, Lonnie Weaver (Sandy) of Concord and Billy Weaver (Cheryl) of Durham; and his grandchildren, Lyndsay Parker (Blake), Jason Duke (Jessica) and Jessica Joyner (Jason). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
