Allen; his children, Kayla Allen (Tayron), Lil Scottie Allen and Madisyn Allen; the parent of his children Lavern Allen; his siblings, Bobby Lee Downey (Annette), Michael Allen, Justin Allen and Charlene Allen; and his close friend Rashida Clark. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
