She was predeceased by: her parents, Weldon Cecil and Mattie Lou Moseley Brandon; and her son David Brandon Simpson. She is survived by: her husband George D. Simpson; her daughter Lee Simpson; her son-in-law Howard Szczech; and her brother Cecil Brandon of Myrtle Beach, SC. She is also survived by her extended family and many loving friends.
