We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2021, at the age of 73, Samuel Ward Jr. (Oxford, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Ward Sr. and Gennie Wilkerson. He is survived by: his wife Bonzetta Ward; his son Brandon Ward of Franklinton, NC; and his siblings, Mary W. Nicholson, Augusta Ward of Oxford, NC and James Ward. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, other relatives and friends.
Remember to follow state and CDC guidelines, graveside service is limited to fifty (50) people and to practice social distancing of six feet along with face covering and good handwashing.
