We are sad to announce that on September 26, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Ruth C. Boyd of Oxford, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lambert Currin and Hattie Mae Currin. She is survived by: her husband James Alvin Boyd; her children, James Ronald "Ronnie" Boyd (Penny), Patricia "Tricia" Boyd Loughlin (Steven) and Margie Boyd Jernigan (Scotty); and her sister Emmie Lou Wilson. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.
It is requested that all attending plan to practice safe social distancing and wear an appropriate face covering.
She was always happy to offer rides for individuals in need and was a true example of charity and love in all that she did.
