He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Elmus Williams, Sr. and Jewel Currin Williams; his sons, Wesley Williams and Dale Williams; his grandchildren, Bridget Short and Brian Short; and his siblings, Elmus Williams, Jr., John Williams, Joe Williams and Mollie Hanchey.
He is survived by: his children, Roy David Williams, Jr., Donna Williams and Deena Williams Siegla (Tim); and his sister Linda Williams Currin (Madison). He is also survived by many loving nieces; nephews; extended family members; and friends.
