It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosa E. Bullock-Allen (Oxford, North Carolina), who passed away on August 15, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Lonnie Bullock. She is survived by: her husband Monte Allen; her stepchildren, Monica Barney (Larry), Evan Allen and Junae Allen; and her siblings, Chester Bullock, Will Bullock, James Bullock and Debbie Jordan. She is also survived by three aunts, several nieces, nephews, other loving relatives, and friends.
