It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Norman Watson of Oxford, North Carolina, who passed away on July 9, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Milton Watson and Iva Pauline Cates; his wife Eula Mae Jenkins; his son Norman Lynn Watson; his brothers, Thomas Watson and Cecil Watson; his grandmother Cribb; and his sister Barbara.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert M. "Blue" Watson (Sherri), Toney L. Watson (Wendy) and David L. Watson; and his grandchildren, Robert Watson, Jr. (Rachel), Michael Watson, Megan Cash (Jonathan), Jennifer Cisneros (Alex), Tonya Watson, Toney R. Watson, Brandon Watson and Justin Watson. He is also survived by children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
