He was predeceased by: his father John "J. D."; and his brothers, John D. Williford, Jr. and Jerry Williford. He is survived by: his wife Arlene DeMott Williford; his children, Robert Blair Williford, Jr. (Wendy), Michael Scott Williford (Deborah) and Cheri-Lynn Williford of Oxford; his grandchildren, Jacob Williford (Alexis), Kevin Williford, Justin Perry and Dasha Blair Williford; and his brother Danny Williford (Judy).
