He is survived by: his parents, Lueartis Downey and Catherine Downey; his wife Janice Betts Downey; his children, Travis Ragland, Reshonda Downey, Reginal Downey Jr., Raheem Downey, Ray and Quan Downey; his grandsons, Jayshawn Clay and Ny'Zier Downey; and his siblings, Lueartis Downey Jr. (Lutricia), Shakishu Eaton (Quincy Sr.) and Lucinda Bobbitt (Mario). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.
