She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Leora Paige Hancock; her son Robert D. Hancock, Jr.; and her husband Robert D. Hancock (Bob). She is survived by: her children, Judy Hancock Currin (Baron) of Beaufort, N. C. and William David Hancock of Oxford; her siblings, Rachel Bruce of Hampton, VA. and Donald Hedgepeth of Yorktown, VA.; and her sisters-in-law, Lucy Hancock Moore, Lou Hancock of Oxford and Delphia Hedgepeth of Yorktown, VA..
