He was predeceased by: his father Charles Henry Howard. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Blalock Howard; his children, Brittany Howard, Nichole Hope (Montrell), Ceara Sttaw, Shamarra Hall, Carla Isreal (Fequin) and Antwione Bosewell; his siblings, Toamika Richardson (Kim), Eddie Howard (Nita), Tonya Howard, Sonya Scott (Leon) and Jacquelyn Howard; and his stepsisters, Ericka Sheehan and Ann McDuffie. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
